We welcome candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our academic community.DescriptionAs the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant, you will focus on sourcing to build a pipeline of RN candidates to be considered for nursing opportunities within Emory Healthcare.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and evaluate potential sources of talent through a variety of methods, such as job postings, LinkedIn, talent networks, job fairs, and other sourcing techniques.

Develop creative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Work with hiring managers to develop job postings and advertisements that will reach the desired audience.

Establish relationships with education institutions, recruiters, and other organizations to promote job openings and create an awareness of the organization.

Implement cost-effective methods for sourcing and recruiting talent.

Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and tactics.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time to hire, candidate acceptance rate, and cost per hire.

Participate in recruitment activities including job fairs, career events, and college recruiting.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, social media recruitment strategies, and best practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field highly preferred.

Education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

At least three years of sourcing experience.

Proficient with various personal computer software applications including a word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet packages.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

LinkedIn sourcing experience preferred
